Afrihost Fibre down for 1 week

Good day

I have not had fibre for 1 week as the "LOS" has a red light flashing and i had contacted Afrihost which said that they had tried everything and had logged a ticket with openserve ,i downloaded the openserve application and saw that a ticket had been logged and the technician was suppose to come on Tuesday May 17 2022 but nobody pitched up for the entire week and i don't know what else to do as Afrihost has just left me with this problem.

It seems that fault has been cleared and marked as resolved.

how can the issue be closed and resolved if i still do not have internet and nobody has come to fix the issue?

I saw on the openserve app that you have logged a ticket but someone is yet to pitch up and it is 14:13 as i am typing this.

The fault is still open with Openserve. I have requested feedback on the fault.
