Afrihost Fibre Down - HELP PLEASE

Good day,

Fiber has been down for the past hour, i’ve restarted multiple times. Nothings working.
I’ve also had a problem for the past month, every 30 minutes I only get 1mb/s for 5 minutes which is also very irritating.
