+1, I, like many others, use multiple ISP's and they're all equally sucky hence the issue lies not with the ISP's but their business partner from hell, helkom...almost every isp is crawling today, some huge telkom issue atm
There are currently ALOT of regional Telkom errors open. This will affect clients in different areas and on different ISP's and networks. I'm afraid we will have to sit this one out, as Telkom is apparently attending.

I called this morning to report static on my voice line & was then given a fault number starting with 307..... Due to an unknown reason Internet Solutions are experiencing packet loss across their accounts. Users will experience slow to intermittent connectivity. Telco engineers are currently attending.
