Afrihost is scamming me

In June last year 2024 I took 250 data plan from Afrihost - Telkom deal and then change it to Telkom 10mbs uncapped data on July which I paid more money on it. But till today I only credited with 240 GB per every month. When I reach 240 GB my data stop working. I received a message saying I must buy more data to continue.
I reported that through Afrihost, is been 3 months now still no resolution. They said they will come back to me, but till now. And I'm still paying for uncapped data. My ticket is QQT-106-48980

If they don't sort you out, just cancel outright with Afrihost as they've obviously not implemented the "uncapped" plan, but still keeping you on your old "capped" package.

If you sign up with Axxess (owned by Afrihost) it'll be a few Rand more, plus there's a promo for the 10 Mbps one - considerably cheaper the month you sign up + the next one.

The SIM should work the same, whether through Afrihost or Axxess, as they both only sell the service for Telkom, so it's all on Telkom's network.

Afrihost have let you down, and Axxess Support aren't known for excellence either, but their billing system & Accounts department I've always found to be very good & quick to rectify any errors / look into queries, so can recommend them on those grounds - whether it's been Telkom LTE or fibre.

Either way, work with Afrihost Accounts to get credited for anything you might think is due - like pricing difference between capped vs uncapped, and only getting capped data each month.

Hi.

The credit from September to January 2025 was allocated and used to offset the billing for your new PURE LTE Package. It was completed by December 30th, 2024.
