Up to date bandwidth usage monitoring interface and data roll over....
i've changed the layout to 2 sections issues and suggestions- please feel free to add any you think are missing.
...in that regard i would like to see a page that which one can subscribe to via rss that clearly shows if there are any issues on the IS network.
My dad keeps complaining about the Prepaid email he gets, he tells me their word are so that it sounds they will cap your prepaid and then not let you topup it again after its been capped and you have to create a new account.

If you wish to keep connecting to the internet after you have reached
your limit you need to buy a Top-Up. You can do this by logging in to
your Client Zone , clicking on the 'MyConnectivity' link in the 'My Products'
section and then clicking on the 'TopUp' link to purchase a TopUp Bundle
before you run out of bandwidth.
More than just ambiguous; the quoted email is what is sent to pre-paid customers, the contents of which do not apply to same. I can see why some of them get confused. Personally I think they just send out a one size fits all email at the end of the month.
It seems that Afrihost will not allow customers to modify or cancel their bandwidth puchases after the 24th of the month so I guess that I am now locked in for another month. Even Telkom allows you to cancel one or two days before the end of the month. G-Connect is currently offering 27GB for R389 which works out considerably cheaper than Afrihost's regular R29 per gigabyte offering.
please in a decent manner list the issues you think they need to sort out first before becoming the no 1 isp. this is not a tool to flame or crucify them. it's to help both them and us as the clients.
Yes, the bandwidth reminders on pre-paid data are crazy. So here's the deal: I bought three gig prepaid. When I had used about two thirds of it I bought another three gigs. But now that I'm getting close to using up the first three gigs (87%, 92%, 95% etc) I'm getting bandwidth notifications every few hours plus SMSs. The text in the emails are nonsense as they seem apply to standard bandwidth not prepaid, and although they seem to acknowledge the extra three gigs I bought, it is still warning me about imminently running out of bandwidth.
They really need to get their developers to sort this issue out - it comes across as being rather amateurish, and quite annoying.
