Anyone experiencing issues with Afrihost ?

Am connecting - but there is zero throughput ... and the account hasn't reached its bandwidth limit ?

Switching to a different ISP account and everything works as per normal.

Afrihost is experiencing some issues at the moment. it's not your bandwidth

Its not just afrihost. Its IS in general. My openweb local IS account also poked.

And:

same here.

with the mediocre service from almost all isp's. makes sense to have more then 1 isp at your disposal.

here i have
afrihost (primary)
matrix (freebie one)
fnb connect (250megs)

gonna need to look for a cheap alternative to afrihost to keep as a backup, preferably saix based.

So it's in the hands of IS to solve this issue. Also I can confirm it's a nationwide issue.

Same here with Afrihost.
I have a prepaid with WA. So have switched over

same here, i have telkom 10G, switched the account and get up again.

Im also down, IS reseller all my clients dead

EDIT: all my business dsl's also down

Afrihost dead - No access, tech number engaged, no client zone access.

Yip, little to no throughput on Afrihost capped account, currently running on my Cybersmart capped account.

What does not make sense to me is how we all can post about it here but they cant update their website to tell their customers whats going on.

How come we can figure out whats happening but they cant, or if they can why dont they bother to inform us?
