I know some people are still experiencing the capping issue from these last posts and I promise we are working on how to best minimise these occurrences. This is an ongoing project and I think we're getting better at preventing this, but we'll continue to work hard at it.
 
I had the same problem on Monday evening. I logged a call and have not had a response and it is now Wednesday afternoon. What would AfriMan say ?

I sent the following message with my account and cellphone number:

I keep getting:

“You have used up all the data on your connectivity account” message on my mobile data account. I have to keep rebooting my myfi device.

I thought this login authentication problem had been fixed months ago.

Do you have the ref#? I'd like to have the ticket followed up on for you.
 
This cap thing is getting out of hand :( worse times....

Yeah I get 20GB per month and it used to be enough but these days I really need about 30GB. I hope in December we hear good news about the same prices for bigger bundles. *holds thumbs*

I do hope we can offer bigger packages soon. I can't make any promises right now though ;)
 
Are you talking about getting the capped page when you have data?

Or just that cap is not enough for the amount of mobile data we need these days? :)
Both. getting the cap page is making me crazy not really posting about it. cause everyone else is. I just go plug out the modem and leave it 15 min then plug it back in . But modem has 5cable outside the house so it works on my tities! . :P And I never have enough cap :D
