you pay for the data, I tried it for a bit but the data use was far too high for me
 
Is the data used to stream simfy unlimited or does it count toward your monthly cap as with any other data usage?

The data used Streaming Simfy does count towards your monthly cap, the 500MB of Mobile Data included with Plus+ is there to help offset this a bit.

I cancelled my services with Afrihost, I still got an invoice of R99, I emailed last week, but no response till today Ticket number:KUW-849-32306

Looks like you cancelled your Mobile Data in time but only cancelled Afrihost Plus today. However, because you are still in the 30 day trial period, the invoice has been written back and there has been no debit submitted to your bank account.

Check your billing statement for confirmation on this and let me know by PM if there is still a problem.
 
My connection has been getting progressively worse over the past month or two. I can't really stream anything, browsing will randomly take a long time. It's borderline unusable. Is there anything that can be done? I'll pm you my details tomorrow afripeeps.

Latency seems pretty much in the range for mobile 3G (high for LTE I would say), but throughout is low.

Are these tests all performed in the same location?

I see my debit for you guys did not run last night....general issue...?? or should I get hold of your support line for assistance?

I've found over the last couple of months that the Afrihost payments takes a good few days to come off of my account.

Our system runs through quite a few payments, so it may at times take a few days before the payment goes off, it is however, nothing to be concerned about, as if there are any issues with the payment our system will generate and deliver a notification about the payment, and the steps available to complete the payment.
 
Have you been able to test the device and the sim card from any other locations? Were you seeing similar speeds and performance?
I've tried it elsewhere and yeah - the connection was better. I'm currently connected to my phones cellc because I can't browse at all with AH mobile. Not sure if there's anything that can be done / investigated? Gonna pm you my number fwiw.
