Afrihost Mobile Feedback Thread

Hey, will my old MTN E220 usb modem stick work with a MTN-powered Afrihost simcard?
 
RichardG i haven't depleted my bundle yet :erm:
But whoever is first will be able to confirm that the Out Of Bundle Shark has been caged!
 
So far I've been using the MiFi almost daily.
After finding a sweet spot for signal, it found a permanent home at home that is.
Great battery life.
WiFi works great.
Phones, laptops, android tablet & ipad connects without hassle.
Speeds are satisfactory for now, will be investing in some equipment soon.

Now waiting on the uncapped bundle to be announce :whistle:

You should see our capped page, similar to when your DSL is capped :)

We'd love to. If we get enough response on uptake, there a whole host of ideas we have in store to bring to Mobile Data :)
 
Afriman - How about making that capped page a pic of Jaws (The OB Shark) in a cage.

How long is the promotion to signup for Package Two/Three doesn't show a limit anymore example first 5000 people signup.

It looks like Afrihost Data Mobile will do some serious changes in the mobile data arena.

I am under the impression package Two/Three are here to stay probably for good come November/Feb
 
Well Afrihost want to know how this has improved life?

Will in total have the following:

1: Mobile 3 for MTN contract
1: Mobile 1 for MTN contract
2: Mifi with Mobile 2 Afrihost simcards
2: 250mb with Afrihost simcards

How?
My app still showed the DSl info, so I clicked refresh and now it is blank. Tried to log out and back in and still blank.
Should I uninstall and re-install or will the update be pushed?

There is an update in the Playstore.
