People have bought from TM for cash but this won't help you since MTN is 1800MHz and TM is 2300MHz. LTE devices are not all-network like 3G ones are.

If you still don't succeed said:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cc.signalinfo
It will allow you to set your radio to only search for 4G/LTE. Remember that 4G/LTE does NOT support voice calls.
Won't be a problem if you use your Afrihost sim.

Actually TM uses 800MHz which the E3276 is compatible with: http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthr...DD, Neotel 40, 2300MHz, TDD, TM (8ta)
You're thinking of Neotel. TM use 2300MHz.
So the 3+7 is ending soon ( almost November). Are we gonna see it extended or are we gonna stay on 3GB ? any news yet afriteam![]()
They will have to tell us before 25 November. Will not be happy with 3GB.
Don't it end @ the end of November?
Yea but would be lovely to have a idea of their plans
Tried the application to no avail - no LTE signal found in a area where I should have full coverage - as per MTN's and Afrihost's coverage map. That tells me that MTN has not implemented LTE in the area as yet
Phoned MTN to verify my sim is provisioned for LTE - and it is so not to sure whereto from here![]()
See if you're able to find a sweet spot in the area. If there's no luck there then the area most likely isn't LTE ready
Is the SIM one of ours, or an MTN SIM?
Hi AfriGals
What do I need to do to get a LTE sim from AFH, want to upgrade the 3+7
We aren't even 100% sure on what we'll do. We'll keep everyone informed though![]()
