Afrihost Mobile Feedback Thread

Afrihost, this is the second day that LTE does not work on the Afrihost APN. This phenomenon is affecting cellular phones only. On my LTE router, my Afrihost SIM works 100%.

Did I just get lucky? As at 9:32 LTE on my Afrihost APN is working again. :D
 
My E3276 and LTE don't work on the Afrihost APN (since yesterday). The MiFi device (non-LTE) is working.
 
Definitely seems like there is a gremlin lurking.

LTE working (seem to the the only one?) on my iPhone 5, iPad 4 and B593u-12.
 
I'm traveling with my mifi and it's been awesome so far. Only issue I'm having is YouTube, it's keeps on stopping every few seconds to buffer whereas speedtests give me 7Mbps+ and netflix streams fine.

Anybody else have laggy YouTube?

I am.
I have to switch off LTE on my iPhone to get data working on 3G. when in an LTE zone. If I switch LTE on again it works for a while and then stops all data until I switch it off again :(
 
Jip, I flick that LTE switch 100 times a day to keep things going.
 
Seems this morning when I try to connect it just terminates the con, on cell c now.Its doing it like when you run out of cap but I still have 2.3GB left but lets see if its not our mtn tower

Having similar issues with 2 device(note2 amd s3), both wont wont connect or show data connection. Third one which is lte dongle in a router still works 100s. Seems like there is an issue this morning.
 
Down in the transkei and data on mifi is dead. Iphone is working though.
 
Hey guys

Sorry about this, we experienced some issues with Mobile earlier this morning.
All should be sorted now though, but shout if you're noticing anything :)
