The last two to three days I am having connecting problems, it keeps poping up with connection terminated.I try 5 or 6 times then it works and I can stay online, speeds are fun and everything. Same story last end of the month but as soon as the new data is loaded, when its the 1st it goes away
That's pretty odd. We having some authentication issues on Mobile at the moment, so it's hard to distinguish this from an ongoing issue you could be experiencing. There is no month end process that could be causing this that I know of, but we'd need to investigate further when it's happening.

Seems it is that issue it took me 20 times to try to connect. I called the call center they can confirm people are having same issue as me... still have a 1GB left want to use it up and getting this issue![]()

Full signal but no through-put - ERROR: Cannot find server DNS error.....when I switch to the MTN APN the connection is immediately possible.![]()

the really sad thing is we all have data that we want to use up for updating /downloading that now we cant use and it does not carry overposting this from my cellc cuz I still cant connect
