Does it matter if the APN is Afrihost or must it be afrihost, all in lowercase?
I'm not sure of all the technical details, but it seems to be between ourselves and MTN. We're working with their senior engineers to find the cause of this. I know it's been a frustrating time for clients over the last few days![]()
@Afriman, seems the LTE sim I was given is faulty. Tried it in my MiFi device and it didn't work. The MiFi sim worked in the Zest phone.
How do I get a new sim?
The SIM card isn't faulty (probably needs to be re-provision again for LTE). Just drop Afriman a private message with the number in question that way they can verify everything on their end
It is the Promo Data sim received with the Zest phone which isn't a LTE device. Not sure why they gave me such a sim in any event. Are they downward compatible?
