No hints! But watch this space

I hope it is a bigger data package such as 20GB + 20GB, 40GB + 40GB or uncapped :)
It is impossible to live with 20GB a month.

I really hope it's uncapped...I mean Namibia has it! I would gladly pay R 850 a month for uncapped 3G.

What's the FUP?

There is no limit on the monthly network usage. However, depending on the
customer’s product / package, should a Customer’s usage reach 50GB or 90GB
(whichever is applicable) within one Billing Cycle month, the downloading and
uploading speed shall be reduced to 512kbps for 3G packages and 1Mbps for 4G
packages for the remainder of the Billing Cycle month notwithstanding the fact that
payments or additional Bundles have been made or purchased.

No matter what it is, it will work for 4 months then bomb out due to the bad network service and infrastructure.

Capped, uncapped, 3G, LTE, no matter the Tech it ain't gonna work.

Please don't take our double data away Afrihost. *begs*

I was really hoping that the product you were testing were uncapped. Now I know that I may have to pay extra for the data I currently use. So for me it won't be a promo, it will be an extra expense to have what I currently have.

You definitely won't just be paying R99 extra per month for double data, there are quite a few extra perks and benefits that will be added that will definitely make it worth it.

Well the only other thing that I'm interested in is the Double Topup but since it's already going to be costing extra it doesn't add anything. I was really enjoying Afrihost LTE and I guess I knew that the double data wouldn't last forever. The 20GB wasn't enough so now with the extra cost I have to consider going with Bitco.

Please AfriGenie, grant us the wish of not dropping double data. This isn't a promo. It's taking away what we currently have and charging us extra to have it again.

Please?

If it was in my power I would make sure Double Data never went away for anyone, but people with experience in this business have decided to move towards this option.

So - the double data thing thats going away, is that what I currently pay for 2GB + 2GB? So it'll only be 2GB at the end of December?

If so, when do cancellations need to be in? I have
2x 2GB + 2GB,
1x 1GB + 1GB

Your cancellation will need to be in by the 24th of December. This will ensure you have connectivity until the end of December, and no further data after.

Until an official announcement I can't actually tell you if Double Data is confirmed to end in December.

They are about R100 more on the 10+10 account. Any bets that the + account will be R99?
