How often do MTN update their coverage map? I've been using LTE here in Stilbaai for months and it's still not on the map!!

Pretty often from what I understand, could just be a smaller update that they need to push through :) If you've got LTE, that's all that counts!

Any chance of AH slapping on some after-hours data any time soon? Or even using AH+ to match regular data with the equivalent nightsurfer data.

While we'd love to throw more data into the ring here, I just don't think it's feasible at this stage :(
So while there are no short terms plans around this, I'm sure we may see either bigger data allocations or price reductions as a future goal.

hmmm bit too much of the thread to plow though but can someone confirm if the afrihost data is available on MTN prepaid sims?

Tis indeed :)
It'll need to be an MTN SIM that's already active and RICA'd - and you're good.

Thanks, just a note as pointed out by someone elsewhere, the fact that the afrihost voice airtime resets every month makes it less beneficial than a prepaid sim with afrihost data attached as that airtime will live on. They should re-consider the voice reset.

I have, just the usual excuses. But let's see, maybe tomorrow they might actually bring it :D

As discussed via PM, I can't see any automated tracking from our end - so I can only assume this delivery was allocated manually.
Can you PM the tracking details you have so I can query this with the couriers directly?

Hi.

Been at home on the WiFi for a while and keep getting those notifications that the APN has not been active in a couple of hours.

It's getting a bit annoying, is there any way to switch off those notifications?

Just go into ClientZone. I would advise that you keep some notifications active so you don't get a horrible surprise for OOB billing, but you can set the frequency for the notifications you get :)

Eventually got my SIM, and I was credited the delivery fee which has made me a happy client again.

On the Voice product, will we ever need to get SMSs from MTN? I want to block them as the SMS Spam is getting overwhelming
