Tried to sign up on 30/01 for 3 sims - kept getting error on checkout. Emailed support. Got auto-response with priority high (I'm assuming because of a potential sale).

Got a response 01/02 requesting what I was trying to sign up for - responded.

The definition of priority high should be changed. If this is pre-sales support for your mobile products, what happens after sales?

I moved my sim over to Mtn prepaid and bought voice and prepaid data through clientzone. I'm getting the message waiting for activation how long does it take for AH to activate?

We'll need to check. If you already have a number, then we simply have to provision the number for data, which shouldn't take more that a couple of hours.

You may need to verify your payment method, but drop me a PM and I'll check what the hold up is.

Can you please let me know by when in the month the Afrihost plus benefits need to be adjusted to take affect?
I added the double data benefit on 31/01/2016, but no double data allocated for Feb.

Any changes to your benefits (or any other package) usually has to be done before the 23rd of the month in order for it to take effect on the 1st of the following month. :) With that being said, I feel like your double data benefit should have been added... Please drop me a PM with your account info and I'll check! :)
 
Can I Rica a SIM card with an affidavit stating my address?

You would need a valid lease in your name. Otherwise you need an affidavit from the property owner (like a parent or partner) stating that you reside at this address and then a copy of their ID and their proof of address.

I bought a new house and have not received any mail.
 
I have a Telkom account and TV license that I received end January at my previous street address. I suppose none would be the wiser if I just use those, but that's not me.

You should have some documents that show this is your legal address. I would not use a previous address. It's not likely to cause an issue, but if it does then MTN can cut you off :(
 
Will a levy statement do? The lady doing them says she will mail me an early one. The post office is just a block away so I should get it next week.

Definitely! You can actually do it directly from the ClientZone. Does the family member have an Afrihost account?

Sweet! They can just sign-up for a free 1-GB Capped account HERE.

Once that's done, you will just go to your ClientZone, choose My Account, then on the left you will see the transfer product option.
