Having to pay R32 for a new package I didn't ask for is not exciting.We have some exciting Air Mobile data changes happening this week for new and existing clients. Watch this space!

Hi,
Afrihost plus was recently reworked. It not offers 1GB and will still double your data package.
This means if you take our new 10GB mobile data only package for R150 per month and add Afrihost Plus for R109 it you will pay R259 for 21GB of anytime data.

That email looks like a mistake to me.
The new 1GB package is R30 per month and the 2GB package is R60 per month. R100 a month gives you 5GB.
Can you forward me the mail received so I can chat to our branding team about it?

My favourite is
5GB Air Mobile data only for R100 + Afrihost Plus for R109 per month. Total Monthly cost is R209 which will give you 11GB mobile data and top up rates of 2GB for R30.

Dev is still working on the changes. We expect for the changes to be completed later this week. Will be ready by the 1st of Jan.
I have a bunch of dataforall sims and the ones that are being actively used were changed to 1gb but the ones I haven't used in quite a while are still 250

There seems to be a couple of issues on existing clients prepaid services.
We have picked up on the top up data options are incorrect for prepaid air mobile clients
Certain legacy clients on the #Data4All packages haven't been upgraded.
Our Dev team is working on the issues and will be fixed soon. Apologies for the issues.
False alarm / noob moment here on my part, didn't realise the app shows your OOB limit as part of your available data, so none of my DFAs got an upgrade. Oh well.
@AfriNatic Any reason why clientzone has got different mobile data pricing that your website? And also "more" data package options
