Afrihost Mobile Feedback

Thanks to the Afris for honouring their 1Gb for free upgrade to the old 250Mb accounts. Took a while but good for you.
 
Hi,

We are aware of an issue with Air Mobile Prepaid top up packages not displaying correctly. Dev is working on a fix.
I notice prepaid can't top up with 5gb, only 1, 3 and 10 - any reason for this? R90 for 3gb is silly when it's R100 for 5gb..

The top up rates for prepaid are not fixed yet.

Dev is overwhelmed with quite a lot of projects and changes and bug fixes.

Once the top up rates are fixed I will advise.
 
I love Afrihost Mobile prepaid, but why is auto top-up functionality disabled? I don't understand why prepaid should be excluded. It would be so much nicer to never have to give a damn about what's going on with my airtime and know that R100 is auto-added every time my balance gets below R30 or whatever.

Hi,

Auto Topup is disabled by default but you can enable it for Air Mobile Prepaid if you want.

Doesn't work for airtime. I'm fine with the data side of things.

Edit: Oh wait, it can be enabled for increments of R25. Wtf is up with that?

Don't know if this has been reported, because I've noticed last few days, Afrihost's notifications part of app on Android 10 (and now 11 since I've upgraded it in smartphone) isn't functional.

I tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app a short while ago, but it makes no differrence ; have attached relevant screenshots. The only thing working is fact the notifications from the app coming through on the phone, but when you tap on that notification it states : "we could not find the notice you were looking for .... "

Also, going straight into the app, then tapping on Network, it states " There was a problem loading the notices".

Can you advise if this is a general issue, or just with my account.

Will PM my email address just in case.

Pls. provide feedback here once you have an answer.

I see the notification section has returned to the app.

Had to resubscribe to ones I wanted, but only took a short while.

Yes there were some changes made that affected the notice pages. Apologies for that.

It's coming through now but there's no products listed now...

The App allows you to mark services as favourites to. If you don't have any favourites you can just client on the Mobile tab on the top and it will display the services you have.
