We are investigating a dev issue causing the usage to be capped when 250MB data remaining is reached.

I am in a boot loop with the whatsapp support staff and I am not going to run through the same set of steps every time I get a new person.
Issue: Internet stops working after about 60 seconds when using the afrihost apn. Turning off data and turning back on again, it works for a further 60 seconds. Airplane mode then off, 60 seconds. This started happening around the time of the large APN outage a few weeks ago
What I have tried:
When setting the APN back to mtn default, internet works perfectly.
- Checked account balance - not an issue
- Removed APN settings and added again
- Inserted sim into another phone, issue follows sim
- Inserted another sim into other phone, internet works ok
- This concludes that the issue is with the sim/number/account
- Restarted phone many times
Please can someone have a proper look and see what the issue is?

Spent 40mins with chat rep to no avail. Havnt been able to use this service since 17th Sep. To late rip cancel for October but afraid will be paying for dead service...

I've recreated the APN as instructed by your website. Sadly still not getting connected.
