Afrihost Mobile Feedback

@Afrigirl just letting you guys know that the internet connection over AirMobile is iffy again. Shows LTE/5G but no data flow. And when it works, it's somewhat unresponsive.

Switching to MTN sim with Afrihost apn things are flying
It dropped briefly but is back now.
When it drops, it normally switches to JHB
 
It appears that you have moved from MTN Sims and now provide your own branded Airmobile SIM. I searched your website, but could not find the delivery fee for an Airmobile SIM.

If I request a new service, is the delivery fee still R250? If so, what is a cheaper option to get the SIM in Pretoria?

As far as I know, there are no delivery fees, but you can pick up a physical SIM card at Afrihost HQ in Rivonia, Johannesburg.

That's a very expensive option! More than 150km round trip...

Morning.

The delivery fee for Airmobile sim card is R29.
Airmobile is a prepaid solution.
For monthly data-only packages, we still do offer the sim card, and it is on our old APN.

Acording to whatsapp support I can only do it from the 6th of the month after billing run. I told him to go look at the logs and check that I have been doing it from the 1ste since I owned this pacakge.
He checked and confirmed I have always been doing it from the 1ste.

Im also having this problem, I see you also got a different explanation for the same issue lol. That 50 gig is the only reason I even got this package.

It has been reported, I will share the feedback as soon I receive it.
 
I'm just wondering, has Afrihost discontinued the free 1GB for Airmobile?

Ever since switching my SIM from MTN (with Afrihost data+airtime) to Airmobile, I no longer get the 1GB monthly free data...
