@Afrihost I Know it isn't not really your fault or in your purview.
But hopefully you can escalate to the MTN Apple team who can possible be of help.
iOS doesn't have all the new number formates, so for example below isn't formatted correctly.
First number vs Second Number.
Below example for the the Afrihost number range, just a bit of announce my side.

I am also wondering if VoLTE and VoWiFi are being worked on for MVNO's.
I believe MTN are actively targeting the shutdown of 3G to refarm spectrum by the end of this year.
Looks like 2G will hang around for a while for IoT devices.

It has been working on Melon Mobile which is an MTN MVNO since January so don’t know what the holdup is with Afrihost
