How long does it take for sims to arrive

Just curious as its been sitting in awaiting collection (DPD Laser) for a day and a half.

Placed order Monday night, so wondering what realistic timeline to be sent to CPT

EDIT: I asked whatsapp support, they just regurgitated the same info as per my screenshot... Fun

I'm in Pretoria and delivery on 4 Sims at 4 different times all took 10 days to 2 weeks. I cannot recommend using this as a primary service.

Im getting abit annoyed, i get faster delivery times - why is it still not sent? Like if its still "awaiting collection" by Friday, i will seriously try cancel it.

I can't accept it takes more than 4 days to just get someone to pick it up

Do keep in mind that AirMobile currently lacks support for VoLTE & VoWiFi at this time. Which is the main contributing factors keeping me from porting my primary number

Update, support can't really tell me when... "Maybe today, maybe tomorrow" was their exact wording

I did a sim swop from physical to esim. How long before it's active? I know it was a stupid idea to do it in the first place

For that, I'd recommend looking at Pi by MTN. They do fully support VoLTE & VoWiFi currently (at least on my device) and on local soil. Can't yet say about internationally, but suspect a quick VPN test might work for a test.

Been testing Pi for the last few weeks, and had zero issues, so I might actually decide to port my Primary number soon. Wanted to do that with AirMobile, but lack of VoWiFi when traveling is a big no-go. Plus, with MTN slatted for 3G decommissioning at the end of this year (https://www.mtn.co.za/home/help/content/when-will-mtn-completely-shut-down-the-3g-network--1), I'm quite concerned about the issues when native phone calls via AirMobile.
