Afrihost Mobile has mobile broadband plans

Joined Afrihost when they cracked the R29/gb price point. Have stuck with them ever since and now enjoy our full work ADSL cap over wifi (AlwaysOn) when needed...

I have not got one bad thing to say about them. If they can get their pricing right on this too then I'm in :)

Isn't that what they are doing? I read that they're offering an APN so I'm assuming that you can be on any network and just use their APN.

I don't have all the details, but to my knowledge all SIM cards are network specific. I would imagine that we would issue SIMs for one specific network. We'll post more details as we get closer to launch :)

I'm fairly certain the prices will be awesome! In my time at AH, I have never not once left a new product briefing without having my mind completely and utterly blown by how we price. When we introduced VDSL bundles, I literally thought it was a typo :)
 
I would like to buy data pay as you go = just for those times that I am away from my ADSL server on holidays or irregular business trips.

We're not revealing the products at this stage, but it's very possible that we may introduce a prepaid option eventually.

Visser would not disclose general pricing yet. However, he said that they “will be having an exclusive launch – available to Afrihost Clients only – which will not disappoint”.

Afri will this only be for people that already have adsl with u guys ( meaning I just want your mobile product ? and contract only? if u have any more info

I don't have all the details at this stage. From Gian's comments, it sounds like it may initially be offered to Afrihost client's first, but that is not 100% confirmed.

Going by how we usually do business though, I imagine it would be a simple straightforward product that stands on it's own, rather than an add on for DSL. But we'll have to wait for more info from the powers that be :)

where is the launch going to be. PE needs some love and you have plenty of customers - and a sister company (well not really a sister cause people don't own there sister) in the area - plus aren't you guys getting some IPConnect capacity there *wink ?
