I had a quick look in this section and didn't see any. First I heard of it was the email I got from AH and then Xiaomi a few minutes later

I'm afraid the Double Data won't work with the Free Data that you receive with the Xiaomi devices. It will work though if you add one of our Mobile Data packages to the Promotional Data.
