I subscribe to MTN's fixed LTE services via Afrihost. My internet access has been non-existent or extremely slow for the last 10 days. I am tired of reporting the issue and being told how sorry everyone is and that it is being attended to. I have been advised that the tower serving me is down & that MTN is investigating. I am connected to the/a tower, there is just no internet! Surely there must be a fallback to ensure that I have at least a minimum service? Can anyone please help and advise me how I can expedite the reinstatement of my service?
