I am hoping there is a reply to Webafrica. I hope the rollover will increase to six months and more data.

Don't think there's much on the cards around extended roll-over - but anything that we do announce will be on the front page of MyBB :)
 
Hi all!

Afriguy, question, I just recently moved my line from telkom to afrihost. The line speed was 2mbps with telkom, but I've requested it to be upgraded to 10mbps with you. The area does support the speed. The migration occured 2 days ago. Will the speed jump up soon? Or is it still migrating?

But Axxess offers 3 month rollover and Vox offers six month rollover so Afrihost lagging behind with just one month rollover.

Hey CloudStrif3! Welcome on board! :D Your line upgrade could still take a couple of days to complete... If you're concerned about a long delay, drop me a PM with your number and I'll check into progress.
 
Hi, could you please get someone to phone me regarding opening an account. Also, can you stream on sites such as putlocker and watchseries etc? Cause I was with mweb and they said the reason I can't stream anything is cause of the sites I'm using. Is this the same case with AH?

Which package do you have your eye on? Streaming and other realtime services are never shaped.

Hi AfriGuy, is there any kind of double up promo going on for ADSL capped accounts? I believe WebAfrica are doing this as a Winter promo.

We made our Double Data promo permanent a few months back, and you can still double that data up via Afrihost Plus+ :)

I've been waiting all day for someone to phone, I've sent emails and sms's trying to get their attention. Makes me second guess why I'm choosing them as an isp if they can't even return a phone call.
 
You are lucky indeed. I have never received a call back even after asking on the link or asking in a support request 4 some1 2 phone me .

Our team may have a backlog to run through, we always reply to mails as soon as we can though.
I'm happy to answer any questions you have here though. There's also a bunch of helpful info available on our site.
