Router or exchange issue?
It's a wired connection.Are you connected over WiFi? Maybe try see if it reduces over LAN.

Strange result... I'll pass it onto our NOC Team.
I think this has more to do with the program than your router. If I set it to 0.5s interval like you, I get that packet loss on the router. Default 2.5s shows no packet loss. 1s does not have issues either.
Noticed it on your trace too. Did you copy results out of the same program?
Nope P2P broken again. Running fine on Telkom
