I think this has more to do with the program than your router. If I set it to 0.5s interval like you, I get that packet loss on the router. Default 2.5s shows no packet loss. 1s does not have issues either.

Started yesterday when I posted the trace route to Mweb SIP Servers, been very erratic since.
