It looks like that error is being caused by something called TrendMicro Office Scan. Do you have that installed at the moment?

Yup, I have TrendMicro Maximum Security installed.

Above says that it only occurs if you end the task and then restart.

If you have that software, here's the fix:
https://esupport.trendmicro.com/en-...sues-_-prd=gen-_-src=HHOLanding-_-loc=Default

Cause:
The error is caused by an issue with the User Mode Hooking (UMH) feature in OSCE 11.0. Download and apply OSCE 11.0 SP1 Hot Fix Build 6178 to prevent abnormal messages from appearing on computers running on the Microsoft Windows 10 platform.

Which VPN are you using?

I see that you are connected with your Afrigreen account, would you mind trying out the @Afrihost.co.za username and see if there is any difference in performance.

Ok, Looking back at this issue
Using a VPN connection is totally useless on the Afrigreen account, as the response time is incredibly slow. In the past week I had to fall back to Mweb to connect to the workplace.

Tonight I have tried or your suggestion, and switched back to the Afrihost.co.za account, and the difference is incredible. Speed is much faster etc.

so it seems that there is something wrong with Afrigreen account side

Yeah... In theory the accounts should be identical... The Afrigreen accounts will probably be phased out in due time, so it's better to switch to the @afrihost.co.za account and stay on that.

Test account to sipgate

The latencies there also seem okay for a service routing to Germany, and there doesn't appear to be any significant packet loss.

Are there any services that you can test on that server? Like a VOIP call?
