I'd hope not ;)

See, this is why people like us stay with you guys. You always come out of the danger zone with vengeance!

Z

We do have some catching up to do, but the improvements and changes are coming thick and fast!

And the rest of us still sit and wait patiently while AH yet again, ignores their Premium Uncapped users completely.

I'm sure you'll see something soon.

We're running through a load of changes, unfortunately we can't go live with everything at once.

Uhm... What does that have to do with you giving away freebies for your capped users, and your business premium subscribers getting diddly squat?

I know you're frustrated, but please be patient.
We're rolling out improvements and changes left right and centre. We won't leave anyone out.

Sorry to sound like doom and gloom - but what are you guys (AH) doing to prevent your network from becoming congested and/or crippling like it has in the past? You seem to just be inviting people to kill the network - I really hope history doesn't repeat itself......

Afrihost has started sending out Mystery Bonus ADSL data to its clients, as a thank you for “sticking with them through the ups and the downs of the past year”

So no free gifts for business uncapped users?

Again, no benefits for business uncapped users?

So we must just get all your **** left, right, and center, and keep taking it up the rear?

This :)

In short, we've made huge strides forward on our network.
Probably one of the biggest things for me

The IPCs in the current format represent up to 100Gbps in capacity. “The IPCs use 10Gbps multiple infrastructure, rather than the multiple 1Gbps infrastructure we used before,” said Visser.

Again, I've said we aren't leaving anyone out.
If you'd prefer not to wait - you can create an official dispute via our team.

Remember that it takes continuous huge strides to stay ahead. Don't be caught with your pants down again. As I said - let's hope history didn't repeat itself.

Definitely does, and the network improvements aren't just hardware - a lot of proactive measures are in place.
Learnt from the past :)
