Guessing I am now on the interleaved option based on the above?
 
Been having constant disconnects for about 2 weeks. I dont know what to do because Afrihost says its Telkom and Telkom says its your ISP.
Really sucks when I'm playing an online game.

Disconnects sounds more like Telkom's fault. Could you post some line stats before/after the disconnect?

We can double check the cause for drops on our end, PM me your deets :)
Usually connection drops are a line issue though, not a whole lot can cause this from our end unless we're seeing issues on RADIUS - which we aren't :)

So this seem like it is going to take a while. I am thinking of pausing my account until it is fixed. Can you tell:
1. How long does is take to pause the account?
2. If for example my line is fixed on Friday and I unpause my account - how long until I can use the account again?

:( Seems like it may take a while to get fixed up, they'll probably throw more resources at this in the new year.
You can pause your account immediately via ClientZone and unpause it whenever the fault is resolved.
 
In cz both the afrigreen and afrihost accounts are there. Which one do I pause?
