I'm in Upington and can't authenticate since about 09:30.
Also mtr -wc100 169.1.1.1 has been showing 50-90% packet loss on jhb-in2.ip.adsl.co.za all week. Mtr showed packet loss on servers between 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.222.222 but I don't have those logs any more.

Mtr was also showing 20-80% packet loss on *.as6453.net. IIRC I was using mtr -wc100 grc.com for that test.

I received your PM, and while I do appreciate the effort, I would like a valid reason as to why no one in support has gotten back to me in 10 days.

That will require investigation and going through all the details of the query. The guys should be able to do this and give you more feedback than I can off the cuff :(

VPNs are absolutely allowed, they're seen as a realtime service.
However if it's something that's picked up as being abused it'll be a violation of our AUP.
