What DNS servers are you using?
Are you able to ping the site?
Have you tried removing utorrent completely and re-adding it to your firewall?
Are you using any peer blocking apps/ plugins?

I cant ping it now as I am on the road, I will try later.

We use opendns, I tried a totally different torrent client last night and had the same issue, and it does not use the files from utorrent. I have no peer block apps or plugins installed.

we use opendsn as we can get reports of usage etc. I have been using opendns since I have been with afrihost and never had issues. I did try the Afrihost dns, and there was no difference.

Please test using our DNS servers, failing that - try Googles DNS.
I find it very strange that you aren't able to browse utorrent sites though.

Have you also tested your firewalls config?

I can browse torrent sites, I just cant open those links you posted last night (they were to the utorrent forums). I did test the other dns, as I mentioned a few pages back and it makes no difference. Why would a firewall stop trackers at a specific time everyday, and only with a certain ISP?

I don't know why you're seeing the experience that you are, that's why we need to troubleshoot every possible angle here.

Business Uncapped

Have you tried testing a capped Afrihost account to see if you get the same error? That way you can pin it directly to your business account. If you get the same result it's more than likely a configuration error somewhere on your network.

The free afrihost account has the same issue at the same time, if its an configuration error on my side, then why does this issue not occur when using a different isp. The issue is not on my side, if it was all accounts for every isp on my computer would give the same results.

Let's rather concentrate on getting this fixed on your Afrihost account, instead of comparing what works elsewhere.

PurSpyk, I really don't think arguing here is constructive - let's rather run through some tests and get this sorted out.

I was asked a question and I answered it, is this a problem, or is there some forum rules I am breaking?
