Are you seeing your modem disconnect entirely or are you losing throughput on the connection?
Just losing throughout, no disconnect.

Cable theft is a major stuff-up, I don't think any cables that get replaced ever run as well as they originally did. Do you know if there are plans to roll-out FTTH in your area?
That's a strange one, and to be honest with you, that sounds Exchange related, in most cases if the issue was cause by our account you would lost the PPPoE session entirely. Would you mind PM'ing me your ADSL username so that I can check what happened from our side.

Check with AfriGenie, he was helping me yesterday.
To add, this did not happen with IS and I sent data and proof in my ticket.
Do you perhaps mean AfriGuy?
Do you have the ticket ID for me?
My mistakes, I meant AfriGuy. Will send you the ticket later.
Why is your support team insistent that I run a speed test at the time Afrihost cannot get the trackers for the torrent. I continually post here and in the ticket that the speed test shows no issue, nore does a tracert. Now I am told to do tests using the free Telkom account, odd how on these very forums I was told not to use other ISP accounts as it confuses the issue. I am continually running around in circles.
I will do the tests at 19:00 tonight to humour Afrihsot, but I can tell you once again this is just a waste of my time. I have done everything asked of me, and I have yet to see any fix for the problem.
Hi
From our chat last night I was under the assumption you'd contact our Critical Care team?
Are you still unable to browse to the utorrent forms?
Have you run any tests that were suggested to you here from last night?
I cannot get onto the utorrent sites (those links you posted). The requested are speed tests and tracerts which will not show why the trackers are going missing.
I will have to get hold of critical care later, as I am trying to catch up on lost work, but I am posting her to vent my frustration as the tests requested will not show issues as I have stated many times, these tests show no issues.
Can I escalate my support ticket to critical care? I don't feel like rehashing all this again.
I did the tests you asked me to do, I even tried a different utorrent client as you requested, I also reset the port used
Metadata is only downloaded when a magnet link is used, not in your case.
I think its the handshake between the seeds/trackers.
Do you perhaps have a vpn you can test?
Support has once again told me P2P is shaped on my account?
Let's run over the posts here though - what errors do you get when browsing to utorrent related sites?
You're bringing in too many factors here - let's troubleshoot on the forums and keep the feedback here.
Bringing in Support tickets is only confusing things, let's concentrate on one thing at a time here dude.

I don't have a vpn, isn't using a vpn a breach of the terms and conditions?
I am having a huge problem playing Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls. I constantly get the "Network Disconnect" error. I cannot even start a game. Blizzard support said the problem was with a hop in my traceroute – hop 8, which I copied below.
In addition, I ran a WinMTR to their other Europe server for about 20 to 30 minutes and got about 40% packet loss on roughly the same place.
Is there anything you can do to resolve this quickly?
