Reached my cap on previous account. Little low on funds this month so didn't want to spend to buy more.

I did let it run for about half the day and seen no degradation on Web Africa account.

I only switched back to Afrihost account now and did a quick test and above is the results of it.

OK :(
Still confuses me that port resets bring back the throughput to normal levels. That means a reset on the DSLAM somewhere is helping things along.

Either way, please keep posting tests here.
May also be worth taking a look at the Telkom guest account to see how that performs.

Yeah. Even though Web Africa for half a day was running fine whereas Afrihost as soon as I switched back to it showed poor performance. Obviously I have no idea why this is happening. Only started happening when my connection went dead few days ago. Not sure if you remember.

I'll keep testing.

If you can reset the port again. I'd appreciate that. And will test to see how things perform.

Sorry, just saw that your previous package was actually a 2Mbps profile.
The upgrade will go through this evening.

Will things start working then? P2P is dead. HTTP download dead again? I just had a glimmer of hope this morning and now that glimmer is gone with the wind...

That will also go through this evening, as a profile change is needed.

As default DNS will be automatically assigned.
Congestion can be seen when pinging bras.afrihost.com - that's the local Telkom equipment.

Any other sites routing internationally for you though?

Tried several local sites and it's only MyBB that's roaming internationally

Here's a new route that its taken

Please do test that Telkom account :)
I'm confident that the throughput issues aren't coming in from our end.

I'll test the Guest account now. I can't do any browsing on that though can I?

Basically just log on to it and run tests, yeah?

I was told this morning that there was testing being done which was causing the issues in Armored Warfare. It's now 6PM and the intermittent packet loss issues are still here. Are you guys still testing?

Sounds like our team are still working on some issues in the East. We'll send out an update as soon as things are back to normal. :)

Alrighty. I await the update. Atleast watching my tanks occasionally bouncing around on the spot is entertaining. :D

I did notice this morning that some matches were getting 185ms. You guys playing around with routing?
