Thanks, I'm having no trouble with Twitch on my side... Can anyone else confirm this?

Can confirm ... Twitch running very poorly

Question:

On the old network whenever I was in a game/tunngle my NAT type was always open, on AG/AfriNew I see that it is set to moderate ... ... How come ?

:::EDIT:::

Browsing is slow as hell, streaming impossible ... is wear to god if I get disconnected from the battleborn queue I will strip my M**R

Still getting poor international speeds. Twitch basically not loading.

Edit: This is Twitch running at source with basically nothing else on my network or computer running.twitch.jpg

Averaging about 120kB/s. Not enough to stream any decent quality. Need about 10 times that to stream source.

The local network performance to IS for gaming is poor tonight getting lag every few seconds.

So this is starting to really get me hot under the collar

The issues have clearly not been resolved, there are clients from both the South and the North complaining about poor performance.
It would be great if your home page could reflect that.

I'm saying it, seeing that green light on your home page while clients are having a terrible internet experience makes the company come off as being disingenuous

What line speed are you on? Can you try running a traceroute to iTunes so we can see where this routing is not getting through :(

Still no improvement. Won't even run properly on low.

Morning guys

We received confirmation late last night that all issues should be resolved. There may be a few kinks to iron out to fully restore routing to normal but in general we should have seem massive improvement.

Please test again from this morning and let me know if anyone is not getting the experience they expect.

As far as I know the core issue has been resolved, but it may take some time to return all the workarounds put in place back to have everything fully back to normal. The team were busy with this until pretty late yesterday.

Please test again today and report your results so I can also make them aware of any potential problems.

Regarding the NAT question, any info on it ?

We don't really set the NATing, but we worked directly with Xbox and other game distributors to ensure that we have the best connection for gaming. The routing problems we had may have affected this but when it returns to normal we would have done everything from our side to get the best NAT setting for gamers.

I hope so, having an open NAT before was great, really hope this new network doesn't screw with that

What about the routing from Durban for international gaming? in game latency and ping still higher compared to CW and Vox according to tests to London server...

Twitch is buffering again.

Getting only 38 KB/s.. This really sucks.

Not sure if I'm alone, but having skype issues.
High roundtrip latency which seems to be caused by packet loss. Packet loss sits at about 8.5%
Seems to be mostly Recv packet loss with Send packet loss staying 0.

UDP Status also says: local: Bad remote: Good

Speed tests and tracert looks good
