Hi guys

International issues should be fixed up now.
We're still working through some fixes for Twitch though, not seeing great results :( I'll update everyone once we've made some progress on this.

Not sure if I'm alone, but having skype issues.
High roundtrip latency which seems to be caused by packet loss. Packet loss sits at about 8.5%
Seems to be mostly Recv packet loss with Send packet loss staying 0.

UDP Status also says: local: Bad remote: Good

Speed tests and tracert looks good

Code:

Trace complete.

Is this something recent? Even with the international niggles yesterday I was able to had decent chats with the team via Skype.

International is much better now :D
Twitch also working now because of it ;)

Does look a little better now, wasn't that hot when I posted earlier though. I'll keep an eye on it :)
Mind sharing some streams for me to test?

-snip

We have been doing quite a bit of work in the East today, this should have normalised already though.
Is your throughput being affected here too?

You shouldn't need to.
Just confirmed with the team, the last updates we ran in the region was a little after 13:00 - so definitely should be fine now.

If you notice anything weird again could you run a speedtest please?

I had a call with Artur on Wednesday night due to massive packet loss issue with AW. It was concluded that it was being caught by the shaping system as there was no game signature for it. The temporary solution in Artur's words was that he was going to "make my account a capped account so it won't get affected by the shaper". I just tried to play AW and the same issues are happening. So I assume my account is being affected again.

I PM'd Afriman yesterday to check if the shaper bypass was done and he wasn't sure what was going on with the call but he did give me access to his Afrihost account.

My account has issues, Afriman's doesn't. Must I just use Afriman's account until AW gets fixed or can you contact Artur about the issue again?

Afrifella knows about the whole situation as he was on the forums at the time.

I'll get in touch with the team and see what can get done here.
