This was the same last night it looks the problem is with the cape pop

What are your throughput figures like on YouTube?

Also, can you confirm the DNS servers you're using please?
 
Bit of buffering, but mostly lower quality pixelated feed. Every now and then there were crystal clear picture, but not for more than a couple of seconds.

I have to be honest, I haven't spent a bunch of time testing this.
Are you able to test with a backup ISP? Or perhaps run some pings/ tracerouts to the site itself?

:p I'm running a 4mbps line, currently able to stream at High quality consistently which I haven't been able to do for the longest of time.

PS: The streamers I watch are mostly from the US so timing wise it's not the best for me but I'm a moderator in chat.

Haha, I get you. These timezones suck!
Do you see any difference in throughput across the board at 3am vs, let's say a normal time, like 1pm? :p
 
I am seeing packet loss on local gaming in both afrigreen and afrihost.co.za tonight.

Never mind its coming from some other place I just tried with a 3rd party account and that also generated it.

1) I was in the Afrigreen test group, do I have to go back to our usual account now or keep going with the Afrigreen details?

2) At some time during the day, connection becomes very intermittent, meaning YT starts stuttering, websites becoming unresponsive and all that usual ****. What's up with that?

Hhmm OK.
Can you run an MTR, we can check where the packet loss is coming in.

Thanks for helping us test, we really do appreciate it!! You can keep using your @afrigreen account for now - if that changes we'll let you guys know.

Not aware of any issues from what you're describing, are you able to paste up some tests here?
