I'll test from my side and post the result. But it was diverted sites same speed
After reconnect I get full line Speed
My download went down again to 200 Kb/s after reconnect full line speed sorry no shaping this on a caped account I report this yesterday but no descend answer
After months of testing and upgrades, a brand new network, countless speed tests and trace routes, logged calls and new upgrades for the East, I still can't stream a simple audio track in Apple music for more than a few seconds at a time on a 10Mb line. Sorry to always be reporting a negative experience but this is the reality of Afrihost ADSL in parts of Durban.

And yes, it is probably exchange congestion or something abnormal but what should be done about it? This is the reality.

If you have Windows 8 or 10 could you post your task manager to see if a process on your computer isn’t interfering? Something like this.

Everything should be peachy at the moment, so we'll need to figure out what you're experiencing here.
Would you be willing to work one on one with one of our consultants to go through all possible issues? PM if I can set this up for you.
From my router or from the Afrihost network testing app?
You could ping bras.afrihost.com to test your exchange connection.Looks about the same with my vox account - so something up with my line or exchange. Any way to find out?
