If you have a link, I'll also test from my line. I assume by file share you mean P2P?
 
After months of testing and upgrades, a brand new network, countless speed tests and trace routes, logged calls and new upgrades for the East, I still can't stream a simple audio track in Apple music for more than a few seconds at a time on a 10Mb line. Sorry to always be reporting a negative experience but this is the reality of Afrihost ADSL in parts of Durban.

And yes, it is probably exchange congestion or something abnormal but what should be done about it? This is the reality.

The old issue of being unable to browse while downloading simultaneously seems to be back.

If you have Windows 8 or 10 could you post your task manager to see if a process on your computer isn’t interfering? Something like this.

Still on windows 7. Haven't upgraded yet.

But was working fine just yesterday too. Was an issue before they switched the network which got fixed but they don't know how and today problem is back but yesterday was fine.

Will keep testing it over the next day or so to see if it persists.

Seems to only affect Facebook, Twitter, gmail and the likes.

I definitely know it is my exchange/line but these symptoms are new. Started sometime today.
