Alright so your guy phoned me, we did a bit of testing. Seems the game was being picked up by the P2P shaper. So your guys are going to be working on that (support was explaining, sounds like quite a lot of work to to get game signatures). Your support is really helpful btw. I can't recall the name of the guy who called me though :erm: If you can, thank him again for me. He was really helpful.

Glad to hear that you are making progress there. We do sometimes get it wrong and we're more than happy to work with our clients to make it right. It is a major ongoing process to keep game signatures up to date, but if we can monitor your traffic and identify the traffic manually, we usually have a good chance of sorting that out.

Looks pretty horrible. It's not usual that you're getting no results after the first hop. Do you know what the TTL is set to on your traceroute/ping settings? When the results do come through, they're not terrible.

If you don't normally get a ping result on the second hop, can you please ping bras.afrihost.com.

Okay, posted in the wrong tread.
Getting a pretty cool connection on my 4MB BUSINESS connection, BUT, P@P is dead on a business connection. So please tell me when will I get some speed on this business account that should be unshaped and no restrictions. And that optimisation crap is off...

Can you share the link you are testing? P2P has been running pretty well in my own tests, but we can test with you as well.

Really poor international FTP speeds today. Was getting full line speed a few days ago now down to 3% of my line (not a typo)

Edit: Actually international streaming is also screwed.

Yeah it's fibre. I'll message you later when I'm available if it's still not right.

Someone flipped the AWESOME SWITCH to ON at AH. Getting 469kb/s on a 4mb line :D

Experiencing some buffering on twitch at the moment. Nothing else running on the line though. Stopped a download before streaming. It was chugging along at 380kb/s. Is it a twitch issue?
