I might sound a little churlish but am comparing this to the thousands of Rands in Data that I have lost at month end in not being able to utilise it due to the broken service! Then there are all the friends and family who I motivated to switch to AH when things used to be awesome and who now hate me.

Okay, I always had the option to move to a more reliable ISP but I am generally loyal (was with my prior ISP for 9 Years) and was always 'holding thumbs' that AH would eventually get their s*** sorted and would once again be the best ISP in SA.
