Twitch was bad yesterday don't have any tests for that.
YT was still good but I saw some dips now and then.
Was too pissed to do tests.
You got a line fault. 6.2dB SNR with 24.5dB attenuation..... Wow that is low and you are not even syncing @ 10Mbps full. Line fault report it to Telkom![]()
Sorry about the issues![]()
I ran through a few tests on Twitch a little around 9pm last night and everything seemed good for me.
If you see any issues tonight would you mind sharing a bit more info?

I'm having an issue right now with Twitch will start testing![]()
What stream are you watching? Will get some tests running on my end too.

Quick question that your Support guys can't seem to understand...
I have signed up for a 100gb package yesterday as a test as I am looking for a new ISP - and as expected it was pro-rata adjusted to 42gb. Which makes perfect sense.
But in testing I see that the "free data between 12 to 6" did not work - the data came of my capped 42gb. Is the reason for this that the "free data" is only applicable to full 100gb packages, so not on pro-rata adjusted 100gb packages?
Except for the above things are running very smoothly with me getting full speed on my line - it is just unfortunate as I would have liked to test my setup for "free data" after 12 before I commit to a 200/300gb package that I anticipate I would need.
Think it's only applicable from the 1st December, but speak under correctionQuick question that your Support guys can't seem to understand...

Sorry about that
If you signed up recently it should be fine, we only launched midnight data last week though - so if you signed up before that the benefits will only tick over on 1 December.
It shouldn't matter that it's a pro rata bundle. It's the package you signed up to, which is the 100GB's.I signed up yesterday - so per your explanation it should work. The fine-print states:
"FREE and UNLIMITED internet usages After-Hours on packages 100GB and larger, Between Midnight and 6am Every Day"
So I purchased a 100GB package to test overall speed and functionality of Afrihost, including this new feature - but now it looks like it does not work on pro-rata "100GB packages", only on full month 100GB packages. So really not a big issue for me as I am only testing a couple of ISP's, but it would be nice it it was clarified in the product description that the benefit does not apply to the first "Pro-rata" month.
Not great
I see regular results to that destination.
Mind trying ping bras.afrihost.com please?

I'm pulling content from 185.42.204.9, can you run a traceroute there please?
Also, can I check a ping to bras.afrihost.com please?
