Hi I was under the impression that the 'Free afterhours data' would only start on 1 December.

Do the clients that singed up recently already have access to this 'promotion'?

New signups will see the midnight data applied immediately for 100GB and up, and smaller packages are seeing a promo which will be enabled tonight.

Hey guys

just confirmed with our team, the midnight data will be available tonight on 10GB and up DSL Capped packages, including any legacy bundles :)

Gotta keep checkin' dem MyBB articles man :D

F5 for days.
I don't have an F5 button anymore, my daughter ate it :D

Btw uncapped midnight only until Jan 2016? Is this basically just a tester to see how it goes, and then be reviewed again?

Indeed it is.
The promo is only for smaller Capped packages though - 100GB and up will see midnight data permanently.

So today trying to stream from Hulu at 650kbps on a 2Mbps line and for the 1st in 2+ yrs it's struggling and buffering continually. Is something up with the new network? Is it congested currently? I've have to continually update ip via unotelly too else it's suddenly off network (wan ip change) earlier so I rebooted the router. Anyone having issues?

The Network is chugging along quite nicely at the moment.

What are your download speeds looking like? Do you have any other streaming services you can test out?

Streaming a 720p file at the moment, on a 2mb line with no buffering. Well the initial 1-3 sec buffer then playing fine.

@AfriGenie or AfriGuy

I would really appreciate it if one of you guys could please extend my apologies to Pranav of Critical Care, I had a long night and passed out.:o
Wasn't able to follow up on his calls, just felt like he deserved an apology since he got me sorted quickly;)

You're not the first person to pass out on the couch and wake up to re-runs of NCIS playing at 2am ;)

I'm sure Pranav will understand - have passed on the message :)

That's super-awesome :)

Amazed that you can get such good performance on a 2Mbps line :)

i was amazed too :D I dont think a 2mbps line should be able to handle it, so at a guess, im going to say it was a once off thing. Who knows, but i am going to upgrade the line to something higher up

sounds like one of those days as a youngster, and you just fell asleep while chatting with the girlfriend on Mxit. Only difference is, she wasnt the understanding type like Pranav :D

More free data between midnight and six. Very tempting to night owls. :)
