Haven't had to post about any major issues for a while which is good :)

Noticed bit of an issue today with Twitter and Facebook where images don't load. Have to refresh couple times before loads properly.

If and when it happens again, would you mind trying an alternative web browser, I can't think of a reason off of the top of my head why Facebook and Twitter would load, but the images on those pages would not load.

Do you notice any other drops in speed or performance when the images do not load?

Right now it's happening continuously especially on Facebook. I've tried Firefox as well and the same thing happens.

This is what it looks like (Blacked out the persons name) but lot of the images on my Facebook timeline look like this. Doesn't load and have to refresh few times before it does but then other images don't load.

Huh... That is really really strange. We're trying to replicate this on our side now. One final question, can you check which DNS servers you are using.

On my router settings it's set to automatic.

When I do an ipconfig

Shows DNS Server as 192.168.0.1

That's your gateway, not DNS server. Go to your modem for DNS settings . Should be something like 169.1.1.1 and 169.1.1.2

/update - Hmm.. Genie beat me to it :)

/2nd update - ipconfig /all reports my gateway as DNS server. I have to go the modem

Would you mind running ipconfig /all and posting a screenshot of the DNS Servers that you are getting, 192.168.0.1 should be your default internet gateway if anything.

Thanks! Although that still doesn't show your DNS Servers... :(

But if you are using the default DNS Servers, we should be able to replicate the issue.

On my router settings it's set to obtain DNS automatically.

Should I change that?

This happened to me this morning as well, and I'm using Vox.
So it's a Facebook issue and not an Afrihost issue.

We're getting this intermittently in the office as well, which runs on a Fibre backbone, we're looking for clarification as to what can be causing this.
