Wrong place, I know, but when are you guys getting stock of the B593 Smarthub? Would like to place an order. :)

So, AfriGuy. Telkom replaced my line yesterday, and SNR went from 3 to 12. (Luckily they came during the time it was that low)

My question is, my new line is 100% stable now, can I get My 10Mbps sync back again, instead of 7?

If you're on a 10Mbps profile, ASSIA will review the line over the next few days and push it to it's highest possible sync :)

Thanks and can this be used as a WiFi extender or what? My WiFi in the house is a bit weak, so looking for something to extend. Anything else you guys have that's a little cheaper?

It's a bit more than an access point - it's a router, but instead of DSL, it's Mobile. So it takes a SIM.
Wireless AP's aren't that pricey if you just need to extend your home network. We've got one listed here https://www.afrihost.com/site/product/adsl_modems?src=website_nav

just dont know why things are so slow, streaming im struggling with tonight

The results don't look too bad here.
Is your throughput being limited somewhere?

im not sure.. But did a download and i was running at 19kpbs. I agree the results and the latency is fine, but for some weired reason esp streaming its buffering like crazy on a 720p, which shouldnt really be doing that on an 8mbps line. After 00:00 the downloads are running fine at 420kbps. So again, i wonder if that period between 6pm and 00:00 is where the congestion is hitting me

I'd like to take a look at a speedtest if possible. 19kbps or 19KB/s is far too slow.

yep, ill do a speed test tonight before 00:00 and then one again after 00:00 and then send to you. During the day it seems okay, but after about 6 or so, its on a crawl. Again, the ping and trace results are fine, so whats happening further im not sure
