I know theres not much you can do to help .... I am just venting .... actually ... there is something AH can do.

4meg line went faulty. Its always been a 4meg line .... no issues.

It took literally a day to sync it at 3megs .... which didnt help because the line was faulty.

The line was fixed ... now to get back to 4megs is just a pain. No less than 4 requests (you have my line).

I have had responses from AH spanning every excuse under the sun. I know they are trying .... but a day to go to 3megs and a week to get back to where I was originally .... come on.

All I ask is .... please keep bugging Telkom .... all I want is what I had last week. No more no less.

I just cant see that the fix has left me worse off ..... it makes absolutely no sense what so ever ... otherwise something is not fixed.

Is your line sync being dropped because of an issue on the line itself? Or is it ASSIA that is re-syncing your line to a difference profile?

Is there some national issue at the moment?


Like 6/10 players on CS go and teamspeak have 150 ping.
 
My latency through the roof. Speeds fine though. Any issues at the moment?
 
I streamed the entire Barcelona vs Arsenal game last night. Alot of buffering, and the occasional disconnect, but I'm going to put it down to the source I used as possibly overloaded or a bad source. After a while it stabilised and it played to the end
