Any way you can remove the @afrigreen account from my CZ? Its really just doing nothing.

I can ask our Devs nicely to remove it, but I'm sure it'll be removed automatically soon in any case.
You can just ignore it for now :)

So I am using the @afrigreen username. Should I switch to the @afrihost one?

What :wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf:
/launches petition to keep it.

I guess we'll need to send out in memoriam t-shirts and hoodies out :p

No!
I also find it easier to use @afrigreen, I keep forgetting if it is .co.za or .com when swapping accounts for the afrihost one. (Why not remove the .com/.co.za?)

I'm afraid that's only a decision our Network guys can make - log it via ClientZone though and we can see what can get done :)

Why don't you take it as feedback and pass it on? :D
I'm a customer, I'm lazy :D

I always found that nice about Webafrica. There logins just have "username"@wa.

A simple @afrihost would be cool. :D

I'm in the South and am having massive connectivity problems at present. Almost no sites are loading and the ones that do take ages to do so. Started just recently. Anyone else experiencing the same thing? @AfriGuy, any ideas?

You using a 3rd party DNS service?

You're probably using Unotelly as your DNS. Unotelly is pretty much dead in the water for their local DNS servers. I'd suggest you switch to your ISP default DNS and you'll find your issues resolved (if you're an Unotelly user - if not, you'll need the assistance of the afrireps)...

I opened a support ticket with Unotelly. Since I only watch Netflix on my AppleTV and PS3, I suppose a workaround would be to change the DNS settings on the individual devices as well as my router and after I logged in on Quickstart to update my IP, to remove it on the router so my normal browsing won't be affected.

I wanted to as this question in “Ask Afrihost CEO Gian Visser anything” but rpm’s warning is clear. Best I ask it here. :p

With the launch of the new network and the fact that it is running perfectly how are you going to keep the MyBroadband AfriReps busy?

Hey Lara!

First, I am a huge fan - I am sincerely grateful for the incredible way you have always supported us. Thank you.

Secondly, my eldest daughter's favourite pony is Rainbow Dash, so there's no doubt she would also be a big fan of yours.

Third, to answer your question: I am at my happiest when our AfriReps are not busy at all. So I do everything in my power to make sure they have nothing to do ;-)
