that looks about right, don't see any problems on the screenshot, other than your low SNR, but if you say its always been like that, then I don't know. I tested my connection to Australia, Melbourne and I got full download speeds, so its not ISP related. If the router reset does not fix your problem, then I'm not sure what will. sorry :(

PS: one last tip, have you tried to change your DNS on the router?

My internet here in Amanzimtoti just died... I solved it by changing my DNS to google's... Anything happened?

Afrihost DNS servers down again?

All requests timeout, on Google DNS now and everything works

Tried 169.1.3.1, 169.1.3.2, 169.1.1.1, 169.1.1.2, 169.1.1.3

Just had someone confirm that there is a problem in the East region. Just about to update the website from our side :(

hard reset done, no change. I have my dns set to afrihost, but i am sure that dns does not affect video streaming....unless it does?

Hi Afriman, do you have any feedback on my ASSIA issue? :)

Hey there, chatted to the Telkom people and they feel that the best route is to log a fault so they can address the core issue here. As I mentioned, they are generally reluctant to bypass ASSIA as they investing a lot in making it run things automatically :(
