well this is what i was thinking, i just need someone to tell me where they think the problem is, or if i should in fact just get a new router?

Best would be to compare with another account... Drop me a PM and I'll give you some test account details.:)

That's good to know. Oh I'm fairly sure I was down at 2mbps, either by fluke accident or intentional throttle. Http downloads, steam, youtube everything was @ 2mbps. This morning the line is testing at 10mbps again so if it happens again tonight I'll be sure to test with Afrihost.

Let us know and we'll run some checks on your line. :)

tested with a crystal web account all day yesterday with the same results.

I am getting the same pings. Heavy packet loss on my account. AH gave me a saix account to test with, having the same results.... so i have to deal with Hellkom now

Weird that you're seeing similar results.... Have you managed to compare results with a test account?

Well if there is a problem somewhere then it is not weird, i bet there are lots of people with the same problem who havent complained or don't know about it.

My line tested fine with hellkom, so i am pulling my hair out - no one will say where the problem is.

Try winmtr first, coz I hear pingplotter has a bug that shows packet loss when there is none.

Have you tried another computer, maybe it's a software problem or something? Can you borrow a router as I would hate to buy one and it does the same thing?

Anything but Apple Music. Truly the worst user interface I've ever encountered, contained in the worst music app I've ever encountered.
Would be great if they give user choice.... I have Google music and prefer it above smify.
