Where you able to grab some tests to see where the issues came in?
Can't run any test if the connection is stone dead.
My family wanted to watch a particular movie, so I switched back to the Afrihost account to download it. Low and behold, the connection died after about 2 minutes. So I just had to switch back to the prepaid account, tell my family we can't watch it and accept a ribbing for being the guy with a 100Mbps connection but unable to download a movie.
Pretty sure this is the last straw with these disconnects. Hasn't occurred once on any other ISP. Going to have to submit cancellation over this.
