Good day



Please correct this billing. I have transferred my line to Afrihost from Telkom and bundled my product. Why am I still been charged the full amount on the dsl line.

Please correct this invoice and charge me R388.47( as per your website) and not R418.00. I am on a 20GB and 8MB line speed. And yes the product is bundled in clientzone but it seems this was ignored by your accounts department. Please rectify this before you run a debit order as this is a bundled product.

I would suggest you call them directly.

I am sorry for replying to your post. If you did not want anyone other than an official Afrihost representative to reply to it, there is a private messaging function on this site you could have used.

I preferred to address the problem this way, not via PMs. I am the one paying for the service no one else. Let the guys reply to my post instead:mad:
 
Just an update on my Blizzard download - not sure who did what, but ..........

all of a sardine my speeds are back to where I expect them to be (strange, but true :p)

Sadly this is resolved after 3 days of running the download - I suppose better late than never, right?

EDIT: Being limited to 10% of line speed - reminds of the constant shaping on Home Uncapped.

Sorry to say after 1 day of torrents working, its a mess again, damn.
 
Ran the "fix my line" tool in ClientZone, line was reset and all was well for about 10 minutes...

Now back to NOT being able to even connect to 1 seed out of 1500.
THIS is a clear indication of ALL AH accounts being placed under the dynamic shaping policy (same as normal uncapped accounts).

FYI, AH... "contention" is a direct result of over-selling! ie. "You once again do not have enough capacity" - NEW NETWORK, SAME MANAGEMENT AND POLICY... SAME EXACT RESULT :sick:

Yip same thing here, slow.
Latency also seems higher than normal.
so is the network starting to fall apart?
We will be spun some story tomorrow I guess.
 
Well, I always get full line speed no matter what I do. On capped 50gb + 50gb Afrihost plus. Torrents always full speed, no matter what time of day, and YouTube always streams perfectly.
